I ’m glad you found me. I’m just about to start my next project: Understanding how we tick through our values and through parts separation, which is really just a fun way of saying those aspects of ourselves that we haven’t yet discovered.
While I continue my work in fire suppression in Northern California, I learn more and more about how my past experiences affect my physical and mental performance, and how I can use these experiences to help others become better firefighters and better practitioners of resilience and command over their inner strengths.
